Terrible transportation company. I called in morning to check pick up time, and no one answered call. Their company voice mail was full too. Then driver called said she was 10 minutes. She kept going to wrong house. She was 35 minutes late for pickup , and we had to reschedule my son's appointment. She came too late to make appointment. She was rude also. She did not even apologized until I suggested that apology might be recommended here. Do not use this company. Very rude and unreliable.
Worst Transportation Company ever! Do not use this Transportation Company if you can avoid it. Out of 4 days they missed three pickups. On the 4th day I canceled.
Ended up in the emergency room multiple times because of this company not showing up

When my brother (who is bedridden) finished his radiology appointment we were told they were called, on their way, and would pick him up at the South doors. He gets transported in a wheelchair but it is difficult for him to sit up for long. After waiting a while, we called to check on the status. We were told no one had called and they would send their closest driver but it would be 30 minutes. It's probably been that now. We are still waiting and my brother is about ready to fall out of his chair.
Horrible company showed up 40 minutes late 5 minutes before my child’s wellness visit. Their vehicle had no seat belts and they had the audacity to say don’t worry about seatbelts just put your kids. Just wow no way am i putting my children in danger. I told the guy to leave and hes like what did i do wroug.
Waited 1 hours before my dialysis treatment, after treatment I have been waiting 45 minutes and still waiting. Worst transportation company, do not use this company. Keep lying about thier arrival. In both directions. I am a new amputated client and it is causing me pain. I asked for the supervisor and they wasn't trying to answer me
I love this company they're very nice and they are pretty prompt
This is my first morning booked with them nobody answers the phone they are super later no I can't do this.
