The walls need cleaning and they need to open a second bathroom

It's alright, and saves on gas.
Most of the time the buses are on time. Could be cleaner. Some drivers don't know their new route transfer points and refuse to give a transfer causing arguments when we travel the route daily. Some drivers want you to be more than a customer when they're married and treat you bad when you turn them down. Not professional at all. At least tell the truth in the beginning. Need to run more often and later on the weekend for us who work weekends. Overall satisfied.
Bus pass system is terrible. It's 2023 and there is still no way to renew passes online.
All of the staff are great. They treat you like family. There have even been a few times when I didn't have a dollar for the bus to get to work and they let me ride anyway.
It's crazy how late these buses run behind. My boyfriend gets off work at 4:00 over by Newtown Walmart bus is suppose to be there at 4:04 doesn't get there until 4:15 so then by the time he gets to transit station bus 3 the bus that brings him home is gone so then he ends up sitting there for two hours and doesn't get home till 6:30 or 7:00. What is the problem with these drivers that they can't be on time. He shouldn't have to sit that long after an 8 hour day at work. The transit needs to fix this problem
Horrid some of there bus drivers can't drive at all. They do not speak clear English nor understand it. And just because you have a 30 day bus pass they expect you to have a disability id even if the bus pass was given to you by a business such as avol. And the bus in my area runs from 6-10 and from 1:45-6 Monday through Friday and does not run on weekends which is crazy. Cause walking down Broadway or to winburn for the bus to go to work is dangerous.
