It was only 2 stars before the Covid19 outbreak. Now it's...meh
Let's start this way so you can see where I am coming from. I have never taken a public bus until recently. And Yhe Embark public bus system was just about how I would expect one to be. There was a high note on one of my trips. I watched a guy (he could walk) get on the bus at the last stop before the intersection and use the bus to cross it and get off on the next stop.
Always on time, I'm an old guy and I'm always treated with respect. Everyone it seems to be comfortable. There is very little loud talk about type. I'd like to take it to other places I'm just not used to it.
The bus drivers are very slow, and when their late they drive fast. They will sit at the terminal longer then they should. THEY DO NOT HAVE RESPECT FOR THEIR PASSAGERS AT ALL. The worst way to run your errors.

I have been on metro transit when they sat on gravel across from their okc county jail .. very bad people !!!!! They will start trouble u keep your mouth closed and dont say anything they will keep on and on !!! Very very bad things have happened 2 people whom have paid their pass fare's !!!!
It's a good place it really is and I give it 5 stars because it is good just and it's not to bad but sometimes there's just homeless people hanging out here it's fine though
The employees seem to stay on top of things. And buses are 9 out of 10 times on time.
