We called Nick when a warning light appeared on our car travelling on the M6. Nick was extremely helpful and diagnosed the car and fixed it within 3 hrs (Aux fan belt & tensioner failure) - fantastic service, efficient repair completed at a reasonable price.
I called the garage to speak with someone asking some advice regarding a car I purchased.
Nick went out of his way to help me supplied me with quotes to send to the place I purchased my car!

Outstanding service here. I was just round the corner when some lights on my dash came on. Panicking I called the nearest garage to me, which turned out to be here. The man on the phone told me to bring the car in, despite it being very close to closing time. I think it was about 10 to 5.
He fixed all my issues for me, even one I hadn't mentioned. Topped up what needed topping up. Made sure it was all good and safe for me to go and then turned my car round for me so could head off home. I'm quite an anxious driver and absolutely atrocious at turning round in tight spots, so that was appreciated.
Then, he wouldn't even take payment!.
I've now found my new local garage! Thankyou so much for helping me.
Amazing service from Nick! We are a Ford dealership up in Scotland and one of our drivers had some battery issues close to Nick's garage. One phone call and 10 minutes later our driver was back on the road again thanks to Nick. Cannot thank him enough!

Original review: "Car booked in for oil change and mot precheck. Another fault developed between booking time and the car being actually in to the service. Car kept for a week. That fault was fixed but no mot precheck carried out so no other faults being discovered. Car being taken to another prepaid mot test garage where of course failed. Avoid them they are just too busy and rushy. Not even 1 star worth." Original review ends.
After being called by the owner and apology given with explanation why the precheck mot was missed, I agreed to change my initial review of 1 star to a higher one as I would like to see the small local companies thrive and not the big corporations.
This garage fixes your vehicle to a very high standard at very reasonable cost, they charge a fair price for any parts used and a very fair labour rate, furthermore they fix your vehicle with a very high level of knowledge and skill.
I thought my vehicle was ready to be scrapped as it is very high mileage and it just stopped working whilst on a journey, I took it to Autosave and they very quickly and very accurately diagnosed the fault to be a cam shaft sensor, within a day my car was back on the road and running like brand new.
When you are dealing with autosave you are regularly kept up to speed with the progress of the repair and given accurate time scales as to when the work will be complete.
From initially having my vehicle dropped off by the AA and speaking with the owner Nick, I was filled with confidence that they were a good garage.
I’m very impressed at my experience and the quality of the work carried out and have to say they exceeded my expectations.
10 out of 10 in terms of work carried out, 10 out of 10 in terms of price charged for the work and 10 out of 10 for the customer service I received and 10 out of 10 for communication.
Thank you autosave for giving my old high mileage a reprieve from the crusher and giving it a stay of execution.
