I was on island for work and I called Tram cold. She fit me in and did my brows and gave me a facial. My brows have never looked better! She shaped, cleaned, and tinted them and they look great and very natural. Plus the facial was awesome! I’ll be back next time I’m in Hilo for sure.
Tram was flexible, accommodating, professional while working with me to schedule and complete an eyebrow and full face threading and waxing. She's not cheap but, She's worth every Penney bc she is a master at her craft. Thank you, Tram!
This is now a cafe called 75 Degrees. I have gathered that it is open on Sat from 11:30am-?, and Wed-Fri from 9:30am-?
The food was really good! I tried the spicy pork banh mi, macadamia nut waffle with fresh strawberries, iced Vietnamese coffee and strawberry smoothie. Everything was nicely done, fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back here to try the rest of the menu!!

I still had to wait, was seen by 5:50pm.
Her technique is novice, not like the Indian ladies, but she makes up for it in patience and thoroughness, she's meticulous.

Tram's is my number one go to salon for waxing. She is incredible. She always does a good job and I haven't had any problems. I would highly suggest making an appointment because she gets very busy and is highly recommended. The wait isn't that long and if you do have to wait, it is totally worth it. It's a small shop, very clean, very professional. I referred my boss and co-worker to her after they have been to numerous salons in Hilo and they were 100% satisfied with Tram's manicures/pedicures. They will definitely be coming back. I refuse to go to anyone else but Tram for my waxing.
Not a very honest person. Tram promised to refund for over charging for a wax service but 0wanted something in writing. Told me she would do so and says she was a person of her word. She asked for something in writing and said to come back with something or via text. So we decided to text because we were in a rush to catch a flight. Now she refuses to give a refund. How convenient now that I'm not in the state!
Also Her price for threading eyebrows is way over priced. I get mine done for $8. She charges Upwards of $24! Not a place or person I would ever want to ever go back to or EVER recommend. Do not go there or you will be deceived!
Tram is amazing! She is very skillful, talented, and makes me feel like a valued customer. I absolutely recommend her for all a person's spa needs.
Got an appointment for 2 pedicures here, first time getting anything here ever. They called us to see if we wanted to come in earlier since they had an opening. They were very nice and were not pushy or super chatty. They made us feel welcome, like friends. The pedicure came out looking really nice, like a fancy resort spa, and was less than $20.
