The address on here is incorrect, when I called an associate, they were confused on where the business was located within the town of Glencoe where they are located.
Overall this company is fantastic! The drivers are kind and helpful plus the accounts and billing department have been extremely helpful in working with me on a payment plan due to my financial struggles. I moved to Plato almost six months ago and I didn't have any access to a vehicle so they've been a lifesaver for me getting to appointments and work as well.
I've rode on their buses many many times I've had one good experience. I get it they're busy they have other things to do but you need better customer service. Hire more people get more buses do something I've always had the bus late for me every single time except for one time they're always late this is probably one of the worst bus services I've ever used. Also if there late there is no apology to you. That sucks when your late for important appointments.
Mostly nice customer service but the whole system seems very disorganized. I was playing it by ear for my pick ups and drop offs because they kept giving me different times. I was also not informed of my watch time until I was "late" and got a strike. I have to walk to my bus so I plan to be there by the time they give me, so you can see why there is a bump in the road there. I say they should inform you of all there rules like- to cancel without getting a strike call 1 hr early, be there 10 min before your pick up, we might be late, no food or drink on the bus and if it's a busy day you might be on the bus for 2hrs like me last time.
Dropped off elderly patient for eye exam 1.5 hours before her appointment time. Didn't come in, didn't give us any contact information, didn't even wait to make sure she made it inside OK. When I called, phone just rang and rang for several minutes. Didn't come to pick up patient for almost two hours after appointment time. Absolutely deplorable treatment of our senior citizens, completely unacceptable.
It is wonderful to have this service, but their telephone system/computer takes such a long time to reserve the ride, sometime taking multiple calls and seems very disorganized. The time to reserve the ride is usually longer than the ride itself! I have been on hold as long as 25 minutes at a time and one ride took 50 minutes on the phone to reserve.
My car broke down today and tried getting Trailblazer to get me from Hutchinson to my house. NO, not today they said, they're all booked up the entire day. As usual, I saw two buses driving empty, so what good are you Trailblazer Transit???
Love the ability to get a ride in bad weather or when the mood strikes. Have found calling in advance helps and can't beat the price. Very accomidating to everyone who needs a ride.
