Lovely beach. Good car park.
Path walked in April and was terribly boggy. Right by the gate into the field wasn't great. Should be ok in a period of drier weather.
The path down to the beach itself has partially subsided. Moderately dangerous and not for anyone who is unsure on their feet. Careful if wet.
Absolutely beautiful beach. So clean. Great fun when the tide has gone out with all the rock pools. Our favourite place to visit.
Visited here mid week, end of June and only about 5 cars on a spacious free car park (see pic). An absolute must to visit if you are in the area. Walk to beach approx 5 mins running parallel to the river, sheep were spotted who were quietly grazing on the walk through the farmers field where you will then reach an uneven path leading onto the beach. I would recommend you wear the appropriate footwear for this descend. I took my flip flops and changed once I had got on to the beach, it is truly a lovely beach & worth a visit
First time on this beach today. Beautiful spot for a vist and walk along the beach. Kids loved it as there are so many places to explore, rocks to climb and places to hide!
Access to the beach we used was along a right of way footpath across two fields. It did look like there were other ways to get down which I no doubt we will explore in the future.
This beach is a little out of the way. There are no facilities we saw and I would expect at high tide a lot of the beach would be covered. Still well worth a trip.
Gorgeous beach, enough room to get the kite out. Accessible via a walk through a field with some cows in, no actual footpath as such so anyone with mobility issues would struggle. Nice walk down to Porth Colmon along the beach/hillside. There is one section with lots of what appears to be oxidised seaweed that's gone a deep red colour. Lots of rock pools to explore for kids.
Love this place. Beautiful beach and glorious views. No facilities anywhere close and access is tricky so not for everyone but if you can get down onto the beach it's lovely. Always has a special place in my heart as I got engaged here in 2007 ???? ❤️ still going strong ❤️
Lovely beach. If it's been raining take your wellies - it can be really muddy making access to the beach difficult.
Beautiful & Spotlessly clean, welcomed by a friendly local collie who enjoyed a ball game with my own springer. Two other people spotted otherwise deserted, GREATDAY!!
