I have been rockin with Traepay since the food truck days and it never disappoints! The food is always amazing and the treats always hit the spot! If you have not been yet your are missing out on great food, sweet treats, and a wonderful staff that treats you like family. Yes the food is as good as the pictures make it look!
To the lady from New Orleans, who suggested that I get the strawberry cheesecake bites THANK YOU! They were delicious! 10/10. I also have a loaded fries which did not disappoint… just the right amount of spice.
OMGGGGGGG!!!!! This place is absolutely amazing!!! So, so, so good!!! The service was amazing. She was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The premium beef hot dog was amazing, and so were the nachos and so was the kiwi strawberry kool-aid mix drink. Everything was perfect. There's all kinds of food you can choose from! You can't go wrong with anything you pick from there!! You not only have a new customer, but a frequent customer!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!
I have been coming to TraePays since they got in the mall. The customer service is top tier . Amazing junk food and snowballs any time of the year! We immediately became family because I was a regular ! No matter how long I go without stopping by when I do it’s always love .
We tried this place out while in town and enjoyed it. The nachos were loaded with cheese, and the loaded fries were delicious. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for that year-round junk food spot. The sno cones are great also.
Wonderful customer service, food, and atmosphere!! The young lady that works the register is always smiling, and she's naturally polite and friendly, which makes it easy to ask questions if needed. The food/dessert is amazing. My favorite is the cheese fries! I don't believe you could go wrong with any of the drinks. Let me add the lady who made my drink, thought that my order was wrong and she diligently wanted to correct my drink order with no charge even after I mentioned there was no mistake made just a misunderstanding on my behalf. She was adamant about ensuring that I was satisfied. Her showing concern about my order meant everything, as well as the young lady with the smile at the register. I definitely will make this a go-to when shopping at the mall.
EXCELLENT FOOD & EXCELLENT SERVICE - Enjoyed my experience here on a weekday afternoon. There was no line and my order was taken right away. I was greeted warmly and the cashier made recommendations and helped me decide what to get. I ordered the small loaded nachos and hulk juice -- both were amazingggg! The small size was a generous portion and very filling for one person. It was the perfect mid-day snack. I also happened to meet the co-owner and was inspired to hear her story about how she stepped out on faith to start this business. I pray they will be incredibly successful. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had in Mobile. The people were amazing, friendly, and the food was delicious at a great price. I highly suggest stopping by to give it a try.
