Solid hotel breakfast away from the main part of the hotel. Services was nice, a la carte menu was reasonably priced. If you’re hungry there is a buffet option.
Very good hotel restaurant. The hotel is clean and looks great inside. Parking is expensive however they will validate for you if you eat there. They have full bar menu. Food choices are limited but everyone should be able to find something they like because the choices are different. My partner had the fish and chips sad that was good. My other partner had the chicken tenders which he liked better without the sauce. My meal was hands down the best! I had a shrimp ceaser salad and it was spectacular. Shrimp was great and so fresh and the salad dressing was too good! At first our drinks tasted flat but the waitress immediately replaced them. We have eaten here a few times and the food is consistently good and so is the service. They also offer a kids menu.
We recently ate at The Tradewinds Restaurant for the Breakfast Buffet. It was very good. The service was A+. Beautiful restaurant, enjoyable meal. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, homemade biscuits, pastries, oatmeal, fruit. A little pricy $$$, but this is in The Renaissance Hotel. In the lobby, there is a beautiful waterfall and portraits. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Me and my family all agreed that this is one of the best (if not the best) breakfast buffet we had ever eaten at. Every option you could possibly want for breakfast including a typical omelette to order bar, a pancake to order bar, a make your own fresh juice (I had pineapple watermelon Yum),Butters spreads jellies jams plus lots of other prepared foods. But one of the most amazing things What is the honeycomb to get honey for your toast or muffin. I have never seen that in any buffet or restaurant. And it was good! Clean, Friendly staff and a chef watching over the levels on the buffet, nothing was ever fully empty! I highly recommend this restaurant I will go back even if I’m not staying at the hotel.
I recently dined at Trade Winds, located at the Renaissance at SeaWorld in Orlando, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, leading me to give it a two-star rating.
The primary issue was with the food’s quality, particularly the fish and chips, which were a major letdown. The dish was extremely oily to the point of being inedible. I found myself needing to ask for extra napkins just to soak up the excessive oil, which is not something I expected to do at a restaurant of this caliber.
Additionally, I ordered the grilled cheese, hoping for a better experience, but it too was disappointingly oily. The excessive greasiness overwhelmed the flavors and dampened my taste buds, detracting significantly from the enjoyment of the meal.
The aftermath of consuming such oily food was feeling unwell, which further impacted my dining experience negatively. While I appreciate the restaurant’s ambiance and location, the food quality on this occasion was not up to standard. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the culinary experience for future diners.
Spare yourself (or your company) the time and the money. Very expensive and horrifically bad service. Took forever for a waiter to come over, forgot to put in our appetizer. Then all the food came out at the same time, cold of course. Then the manager comped the appetizer. Can't review the breakfast but you're better off leaving the hotel if you're willing to pay these prices.
Avocado toast was really great! Waiting time is quite long but the quality is really good.
Stayed at Renaissance and had lunch here. Food was alright, service is top notch! Special shoutout to Asahi, who went above and beyond and offered to remake the dish that were too salty for my taste. Chef was super humble, he came out to make sure we were happy after he remade it!
5/5 service, would recommend.
