Best KPortal Reviews

I just started bringing my cars to Trade Auto Center in Waltham and have been more than pleased. It's conveniently located right off of Rt. 95 in Waltham. Zack is the mechanic who has helped me, but the other mechanic is also great. Zack is a fantastic guy who has been doing this for years. He's knowledgeable and honest. On a recent visit, he even told me I didn't need to do a job that I thought needed to be done. Highly recommend!
I went there several time for my Mercede Benz tire repair and brake replacement and they did great job. The people there are always very friendly and the cost for the services are usually very reasonable! I would highly recommend my friends and family to go there for the service.
I needed to replace an engine belt for my car and the team finished the work in an hour with a great price!! I stopped by the shop a day before and asked Kessem for the quote and when he can do. He offered me to bring the car next morning once he spoke with his parts distributor. He is very honest and I will be back for any maintenance in the future!!
(I was threatened to delete my review while at the store. Now they are making slanderous responses here. People can refer to other reviews and make their own judgments.)
I brought my car here to have an oil change, and the owner told me that they could fix the small scratches on my bumper.
After a few hours, the store called me and asked me to come in and check the work. It seemed like they were not very confident about it. When I saw my car, the repair looked terrible. And I was asked to pay over $500 for this quality of work.
I spoke to a staff member and he said that if I wasn't happy, their manager agreed to repaint the entire bumper at a discounted price, they could 100% guarantee it would look like new. Since I couldn't leave my car in that condition, I drove it back another day. However, to my surprise, the manager didn't want to deal with their work anymore, he said they were not a body shop and they couldn’t fix this, asking me to find a body shop to fix it on my own.
Additionally, I noticed that my car kept showing the "change oil" message even after they had changed it. They claimed their computer had an issue and they didn't reset my car. So if I hadn't asked, they would have just let it go.
Now I have to pay additional $1500+ to fix the work they did. So being cautious about bringing a premium car here, their work is very rough, and they are not detail oriented. Additionally, they charge the same amount as the dealership does.
Hi had my 2005 Camry serviced yesterday I had a broken strut they are very reasonable and completed the job very quickly highly recommended .
This is second time using and i find them Trusting and nice they are better than dealers in that they don’t gouge you with needless repairs. They fixed breaks, oil change and other preventative maintenance and charged a reasonable price. Everyone should not be afraid use them . Service was quick and didn’t have to wait long. Would go again wonderful place
Third time bringing my other car in Nissan rogue work done was excellent, customer service is perfect. They took good careof me. Better than dealership
Very happy with the work. Kassem pleasant to deal with, upfront and will let you know what needs to be done and get your ok prior to doing it. Would recommend.
Update, took vehicle to have oil change and tires rotated. Picked up car, daughter drove about hour to school, indicated some vibration on highway (was not that way prior to tire rotation). Thought likely tires not balanced. Daughter came home, said was worse. I looked at the tires, one lug nut missing and the others on both front tires where finger lose. Completely flabbergasted, thankfully she did not lose a tire on the highway. Never again will I bring my vehicles here.
The owner has an attitude problem. I asked a simple question about what was really fixed in my car because the issues I came with were still there and I just wanted a little more of an understanding. I was very nice with a sweet toned voice. I was just a bit confused. He raised his voice and started with sarcasm. I went because my car was not turning on and my Ac was not working. I was told my axles are also horrible and it could be hazardous. I was told the axles, the ac and the fan problem were going to be fixed. I was charged almost 300 to fix a fan and my ac is still not working and my axles were not fixed because "it wasn't as important as the fan problem". Then my husband went in today to get a tire patched. This guy looks at the tire says he can't patch it and puts the tire back on and charges him $25. All my husband asked was why am I paying $25. This dude responds "I took the tire off right? I looked at the tire right? I changed the tire right ? What you want me to change the tire for free?" First off all the attitude is unacceptable, secondly the tire was not changed NOTHING was done. It was a valid question. Never have we ever been somewhere that charged us to look at a flat tire to tell us nothing can be done. So it just seemed a little odd. Apparently you can't ask questions here.
