I dropped off my vehicle at Tracy's Collision Repair on January 13, 2024, with the expectation of timely and professional service. However, it is now May 8, 2024, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of progress and professionalism displayed by this establishment.
Since the beginning of March, I have been given false promises and the runaround regarding the completion of my vehicle repair. Despite being assured multiple times that the work would be finished in a few days, the deadlines have come and gone with no concrete progress. The constant delays and lack of structure in their operations are completely unacceptable.
This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly disappointing. As a result of the ongoing delays and lack of communication, I cannot recommend Tracy's Collision Repair to anyone seeking reliable and timely auto repair services.
It is regrettable that my experience with Tracy's Collision Repair has been marred by such inefficiency and unprofessionalism. I urge potential customers to consider these shortcomings before entrusting their vehicles to this establishment.

My daughter drove into a curb with her 2010 Civic and the bumper was hanging. Brought to Tracy's and they repaired it in one day at a very reasonable price. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicles in need of repair to South O.

If you want EXCELLENT WORK done by friendly, honest and fair people and at a reasonable price, you better go see Don at Tracy's Collision Center!! I was driving my car and a box flew in my path and it got stuck under my front end where my AirDam is (like a spoiler in the back but it's in the front). I happened to find them while "Googling" on a Sat and they happened to be open til noon. I stopped by and Dana said it was an easy fix but they'd have to order the part. Dana told me to come back on Mon morning when Don (the owner) was in so that's what I did. I can't say enough great things about Don and his business. My only regret is that I wish I had known about them when I had hail damage on this same car and took it somewhere else, that shall remain nameless. They can't hold a candle to Don and his business. While I was at Tracy's that Mon, they found that the part was in stock, they ordered it and it was delivered the next day and I got it repaired on Sept 7, 2021. They do everything for all types of vehicles. Make Don at Tracy's Collision Center your first call and I'm sure you won't have to call anywhere else! And the receptionist, Jennifer, was also very friendly and we had a nice conversation while I waited for my car to be repaired.
Owner is a really good guy. South Omaha Boy to the bone. He won't run you around and BS you about the work or price. Does solid work. Staff is experienced and good to get along with.
Don went over my vehicle with me, I showed him exactly what I needed done. He gave me a great price for the work to be done and didn't disappoint me once the work was completed. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality work done on their vehicles.
Fast friendly and profesional. Dana quoted me a price no one else could beat! Very reasonable prices. Did a great job, cant even tell the car had been totaled.
