This place is a diamond in the rough, The food is exceptionally good. the service is good, and the atmosphere is laid back. Highly recommend it. They only thing I can say is I wish they opened earlier and I would get breakfast there

My family has eaten there for years. It may have changed hands but the food is still very good. Enjoy going there.
Our server was awesome but the food was terrible!!! My pancakes were undercooked and tasted like batter, the sausages looked like freezer food and the bacon apparently couldn’t be cooked how I wanted it smh never coming back…
Server was extremely excellent ???? kind and friendly on top of her COFFEE game your cup will NOT get cold! Remember Thursday is meatloaf day DONT forget like I do and that's my favorite dish! Ever since moving to the area, I've been looking for a good Mom and Pop restaurant. I thought that Trackside might be the place, unfortunately, I was wrong. I stopped by the other morning for breakfast, nobody can screw up breakfast, right? Wrong, I ordered 2 over easy with corned beef hash, hash browns with onions and white toast. The eggs were a little over cooked, but ok. One side of the corned beef hash was burnt, a lot of the onions were burnt as well. The toast? You guessed it, it was also burnt! My server, possibly the owner, only came back to my booth to give me the check, it's obvious that they pay more attention to the "regulars", which is what I'd become if the food hadn't been burnt and service just a tad bit better. As for a go to Mom and Pop place in the Mooresville/Statesville area, the search continues.
Ok sooo this was my 1st time @ Trackside. I ordered the cheeseburger deluxe combo (Double cheeseburger extra pickles & fries) The dblecheeseburger was good, the fries.. not so much.They didn't taste fresh to me. The restaurant appeared to be nice and clean, great customer service and I love the packaging / presentation of the food. I have to give this trip a B- which warrants another visit! Stay Tuned..... AOZ
