Track Town has been amazing since I went to U of O in the early nineties and still are! They're well with my trip from Portland.
Food was delicious! Came here for a short trip and we had kids with us and what kid doesn't love pizza! We got the 100 yard dash and it was insanely good!!
I was visiting the area and ordered pick-up. They didn't have my salad ready for me and told me I had to make it at the salad bar myself because they didn't understand my order because of the notes. I had put in a note to clarify the salad dressing order because the online order form didn't make sense and I wanted to be sure they understood what I wanted. My note clearly stated what I wanted--I think anything that wasn't a checked box was too much for them.
Then I got the pizza home and it was not good. The crust was as close to cardboard as I have ever had on a pizza. The rest tasted like a cross between Round Table and Shakey's pizza. And this was not an inexpensive pizza. The place was packed, but I guess it is more based on location because it isn't based on the pizza.
We walked to a grocery store and picked up some microwaveable food and were much happier.
Very over priced pizza that is not even that good. Should have went with Domino's or Pizza Hut. Could have got two pizzas for the price of there one and it would also taste a lot better. Seriously it is not worth the price! Refer to picture: this pizza was $32….
First off, I go to UoW, but man does Eugene have some outstanding pizza. Their service was incredible, but what really impressed me was the atmosphere! They decked out the place in full Duck regalia which I lived for. The pizza was perfectly cooked with no excess crust and the wings were some of the best I’ve ever had. Prices were affordable and I’d definitely return.
I ordered the BBQ pizza and I got a small which was a good size pizza. I could have shared it with two people, but I just finished the Eugene Marathon, so I ate the entire thing myself! It was really great pizza, the quality of the toppings and cheese was top notch. My only complaint was the insane price. I think it was $23 for a small pizza which is crazy. I was with three other people and they all loved their pizza as well. I will definitely come back if I am ever in Eugene.
This place is bonkers! I visited during World Athletics Championships and there was a Nike sponsored event going on. I imagine there aren't pro athletes and massive crowds every night here, but I get the vibe that it's a campus staple and hot spot for college sports. As for the pizza, it's all freaking tasty! You get epic cheese pulls, but toppings are also plentiful and crust is delicious. We tried ~5 different pizzas and I'd call them all excellent. I was told this ahead of time, and I'll confirm it: Track Town Pizza is must for anybody visiting Eugene!
As a pure restaurant this is a 4/5. The pizza is good, but where it really shines is the overall atmosphere. Coming here on game night you're sure to get a huge amount of other people sharing your interest in the game, and you get a pretty sizeable discount for your pies, and this is where the 5/5 comes from.
It is without a doubt worth it to wait and time your visit for when a game is, even if for no other reason than to get a discount, as otherwise the pizza can be a tad pricey compared to other options around.
