I discovered Tracey's Hair Illusions when I drove my mother in law to her appointment.
I was so impressed that I made an appointment for the next week. Tracey is very dedicated to making each of her clients feel welcome and appreciated.
She is personable, professional and most importantly knowledgeable in her field. She created a beautiful hair style for me that I love!
I always have a relaxed feeling at Tracey's because I trust her! She has been cutting my hair for 10 yrs now! Even during this pandemic we are in now, and all the extra steps she and her customers go thru, it is well worth it!???? We have been taking my elderly mother there for years. Tracy has always been very kind, patient and done a great job. I am very impressed! My mother is now 99 and still gets her hair done there! Thank you Tracy!
I love it there! It's very clean and the set up is very cozy! I really did feel welcomed and my hair color/cut was awesome! I took my son there and then my daughter and they are so happy with their hair, this is the only place now that all three of us go too for our hair! We travel 40 minutes to get there and worth every minute. The staff is very friendly and very helpful with suggestions. Highly recommend this salon for hair!

If I could give no stars, I would. The professionalism of the salon is non-existent and I'm shocked that it has survived this long. My hair was completely BUTCHERED by Barb and I was given no attention from Tracey after coming back to show the unevenness and awful cut I received. I called after realizing that my hair was completely uneven, all around. I got several comments from professionals and friends saying how bad this was, and how bad they felt for me. I had thick, long curly hair and went in requesting a trim and stating that I had long layers. After I was done, I received SEVERAL inches cut off and a hair cut that looks like a blind person completed it. After coming back in tears to attempt to allow them to correct the mistake, I was told that she did was she was asked to do and Tracey wouldn't give me the time of day as "Barb rents that chair" and she apparently has nothing to do with her mistakes. I will strongly urge anyone thinking of trying this place to avoid doing so, and to find a more professional, and skilled salon as they clearly could not handle a simple trim. While my money was refunded, my hair could not be, and there is no amount of money that will get that back. *pictures included*
Love going to Traceys hair illusions! Tracey has been doing my hair for over 20 years. She always does a great job and has very low prices. Never have had a complaint.
