Always a pleasure getting my car serviced here. They are prompt, responsive, and super helpful with anything my car needs. Everyone is friendly and communication is excellent.
Service manager was very accommodating and made sure the car was ready when promised.
Truly astonished by the customer service in this dealership. I bought a 2020 Toyota Sienna and have been periodically trying to get my oil changed since it’s covered for one year under warranty. As one does with a car since it’s part of maintenance. Not only have I been trying to get the dealer to change my oil since Jan after having bought the car in august of 2020, but this last time I had my mother take it in for me. Not only was she turned away by a rude employee but she was told that they’d change the oil when ever they felt like it and according to them, it simply was STILL NOT DUE. But my mother was disrespected and aside from her broken English she was treated next to nothing compared to how customers should be treated. I’d expect people in sales would know how to treat customers and try to keep their professionalism. Long story short I took it to my regular mechanic who checked the oil and told me that the vehicle was in dire need of an oil change. After EIGHT MONTHS I’d think so too. Honestly I never expected this from a dealership, but sadly and truthfully this Toyota dealership does not uphold their values of great customer service. Lastly, this dealer should definitely re-train their customer service representatives on how to communicate with customers. Or simply don’t offer oil changes as a maintenance under 1yr of purchasing a vehicle if your employees won’t do them. Not even the mechanics but the employee who had a horrible attitude time and time again. The mechanics by all means offered to do the service and had no problem. Like I said Toyota RETRAIN your sales/ customer service reps.
Excellent ! The Toyota Service Repair customer Service are knowledgeble, reliable, and very good at resolving any automobile situation. Great service, and you are treated very well. You are out quickly. This was in my opinion one of the better toyota service spots. I recommend it highly.
