The lady on the ground floor reception desk was rude to me on arrival, but after realising I was indeed in the correct place, guided me to the right area.
Other than that, everything else is fine.
Can never get through its like they leave the phone off the hook
Clean and well organised, request you only attend 5 minutes before appointment time and asked to wash hands using soap and water on arrival. Clear distance markings in all areas and staff very careful with everything.

No good experience at all..drop in clinics are always full ..no matter how early you reach there. Even on your appointments you have to wait for an hour or so ..and receptionist doesn't know anything when we ask her why all this happening
