Excellent and efficient service, quality repairs and honest prices. Truly a good old fashioned mechanic shop! The team are very helpful and kind and are happy to explain all work done in detail. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my motor!
I asked if this garage did Motobility MITs and was told yes. While waiting l mentioned l would not be paying. The receptionist was rude and aggressive. I eventually persuaded him to ring Motobility where he was told they are not registered to do tests on their cars. He offered no apology. Another member of staff got me out of my car and into my wheelchair and put me back in again. He was gentle understanding and not patronising. The star is for him
My wipers stopped working in the middle of a thunder storm just coming into Longtown,called into Townfoot garage as I had to be on the 6 o’clock ferry in cairnrrian, and the set about fixing it straight away, back on the road within the hour, excellent service and the best of people. Would gladly recommend this place to anybody. Cheers
