Mike @ Towne Ford was Great and was very accommodating. Mike helped take care of a tire I had that needed repairs. He was straight forward and immediately proactive. Dawn and her team did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing. Her only shortcoming was not having the Navigator washed. As for Towne Lincoln, this was the 3rd time I have been in and they never diagnosed the problem. This led to excessive wear on the front tires requiring replacement. Towne has been inconsistent in the quality of service they have provided over the years. I would like for them to address this and provide 5 star service EVERY time I come in.
