Have brought four of my cars to Steve for all kinds of different problems. Not only does he get it right all of the time he has empathy especially when there is a degree of frustration with having your car not working. He prices the job out fairly and goes over the top with customer service and professionalism. I will not use any mechanic but him and his team. The big word here is honesty. You don't find that in a lot of places anymore
This was my first time using Town & Country Auto Body and wow, did they make a good impression on me! My hometown repair shop (in a different town) recommended seeing them for advice on the rusted under-body/frame of my 2009 Honda Pilot. I've been with my hometown repair shop forever so I trusted their recommendation and they were spot on! Town & Country Auto Body customer service was incredible beginning with the woman who answered the phone so warmly. Then I spoke with Steve who took his time explaining my car issues and was extremely patient answering my questions. He had me back on the road in no time. From start to finish my experience with Town & Country Auto Body was pleasant. They were knowledgeable, reliable, and HONEST. I set up another appointment for an upcoming car repair-and that is saying A LOT because I do have a hometown garage. I would definitely recommend Town & Country Auto Body to anyone in need of car repairs.
Town & Country Auto Body has been my go-to for years!! Everyone is super nice and helpful and treats you like a friend. Their knowledge and quick service keep me coming back. The are very fair and work with you on everything. Even living in Manchester I still call this shop whenever I need help.????????????
Steve and John (the owners) are very knowledgeable, very nice and very fair. They do great work, and are very layed back if you run into any issues for example…being late for an appt, or if you need another day or two to pay for services rendered…..
