I am new to the area and wanted a simple haircut. Although not rude, she basically said that she didn't know my hair texture. I showed her a current picture of my last haircut and she still said she couldn't help me. Very disappointed and I am taken aback by being denied service. At least she could have tried.
She’s a very fun and charismatic person! Always have a fun conversation while she’s doing very good haircuts. I’ve been going here for many years now and I have never once had a bad experience!!

Walked up to the door at 3:35 the door was locked she was inside didn't even acknowledge me knocking on the door and waving to her There's no number to call to make an appointment. She cuts my hair perfect guess I'll try again tomorrow.
The shop just opened up (on May 15th) after the COVID 2020 two month closure.
