Love love love Town Brook. Peter is the man and the only one that touches any car belonging to anyone in my family. He’s a master in his trade and can figure out the most complicated problems. He’s my go to for anything from wiper blades to alignment to brakes, basically anything car related- I talk to him more than my husband. lol

We were travelling from Canada to Massachusetts and got a flat tire in Plymouth Rock. We pulled into Town Brook Service centre and the fella dropped what he was working on and fixed it for us straight away. In and out in 15 minutes.What excellent service They are top shelf .
Customer service is excellent. My vehicle was repaired quickly and for a good price. I was pretty sure my left rear bearing had gone bad but the brake was still mostly functional. I was prepared to be raked over the coals. That never happened. I was given an honest assessment and repairs and parts kept to what was necessary. Town Brook svc helped keep our MA vacation great! Highly recommend them.
I absolutely love the service this place gives. Very friendly and professional. Fair prices and quick service. No matter what I get done on my car they always diagnose the issue first, and then call me with the amount before doing any work. Couldn't be happier with Town Brook!!
I’ll agree with everyone that John is a great guy very easy to talk to, explained my options and was very patient with me. They were very accommodating with me, and explained to me what they were working on and how it caused the problem. As great as they were I hope I don’t use them anytime soon ???? it would be nice not to spend money on repairs! Keep doing what your doing John, it was honestly painless.
