Nasty and creepy ???? do not touch anything outside of your car tthere are piles, literally piles of rat droppings everywhere especially along the walls and corners. Nobody cleans this parking garage.

Yes the city brags about how many trees per person they have but they need to take a look at this sanitation safety issue.

Changing my rating because it was 6$ for 9:30am-4pm earlier. Now early bird time starts at 7:30am. They now charge almost $18 for my office hours

Never had an issue with parking here.

I love to use the rooftop for photoshoots. It has a view of the skyline and the Tower Bridge.

Plenty of space to spread out and get some great shots.

Very little people up there. Be careful as always and watch your back for safety issues. I've never felt unsafe, but I always feel like I need to watch my back a bit more up here.

Perfect place to park when u plan to visit Old Sacramento. Very close and affordable.

It's very convenient, but typically dirty in stairwells and elevator.

THE MACHINE OVERCHARGES.

WE GOT THERE EXACTLY AT 1539 (OUR TICKET WAS TIMESTAMPED FOR 1239) SO IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 3 HOURS ($1.50/30 mins). The total should’ve been $9.00 FLAT but the machine (also timestamped at 1539 at our arrival) rounded up and charged us AN EXTRA $1.50. The attendant/guard was RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL smoking weed on shift in their yellow Allied Universal Security uniform (like really?).

Tuesday August 13th, timeframe 1539-1549 for cross reference if the owner of the garage cares to investigate.

We parked here because it was the closest overnight parking to the Delta King hotel where we were staying. The garage seemed fine until we tried to get out. The machine wouldn't read my credit card. I used the help button and got a person who gave me a three step procedure on how to get the machine to read my card. Still no luck. I called for help again with no answer. The on duty garage person showed up and said they would write me an IOU and a lost ticket fee since the machine wouldn't read my card- even though I didn't lose my ticket. I eventually got out of the garage, but the bottom line is park somewhere else that has machines that work.

Good location, we parked there a little before 10:00, walked through old Sacramento to go to the railroad museum, toured the museum for a couple of hours, had lunch and walked back to the car, the price was very reasonable.
