Terrible, got involved with my GP without my consent and caused me untold problems. Would not advice using other than in an emergency!
Very helpful staff, looked after my partner who was having a medical emergency on Saturday morning whilst we were away on a short break. Luckily she had her NHS App with her which enabled the staff there to quickly assist and tend to her needs
An exceptional chemist , extremely helpful , quick and efficient , staff are very good , I would say the best chemist I have visited, I will definitely use this chemist again , highly recommended ,

I had my flu vaccination at Tout's today and can honestly say that for the first time I didn't feel a thing - no 'sharp scratch' here! From her friendly and helpful manner on the telephone to her professionalism in the consulting room, Alex was the very model of perfect customer service. I would highly recommend this pharmacy!

Each time I’ve been into this pharmacy every member of staff I’ve encountered has been friendly and helpful. I had to get a prescription for my daughter recently and the pharmacist was friendly, professional and informative which as a new parent was very welcome so thank you to staff at Touts ????
As there gad been a mix up of my #flu jab at my surgery (my fault), I nipped into Touts after my #covid4thjab to request the flu jab as well. The Atrium surgery were so wonderful, they referred me to the gorgeous Alexandrine who promptly arranged it and gave it to me. What a relief to have both jabs in one day. So thrilled I went into Touts, the staff are wonderful, friendly, professional in every way. Even ended up buying a #lambhotwaterbottle. Touts hold a lovely selection of #Beauty #skincare #toiletries #baby bits and bobs and a variety of medicinal goods, bandages etc., One leaves this pharmacy delighted, happy and wanting to just go back.
