Chin the poorly trained store manager has horrible customer service. I placed a door dash order and call the store to speak to confirm they had my order correct. Chin confirmed my order but it was not prepared as ordered. I called the store and spoke with Chin and he told me the kitchen didn’t prepare it correctly because of a .50 difference. Chin did not have any resolutions other than to tell me to come to the store to pick up a cup of sauce or purchase a new Order. Chin is clueless and needs to learn how to manage a business. The food was soggy and disgusting. I do not recommend supporting this business, they don’t give a damn about the community they serve.
They cook and touch raw food with no glove or washing their hands! Smoking cigarettes in the back with the doors open! Flying insects in the kitchen area! This place should be shutdown! They serve you some fish and say its catfish which it isn't! I mean all the fish has an egg/fart kinda smell to it! I couldn't even eat my fish or fries because they were refried! If I hadn't worked in the food industry before,I wouldn't have noticed all these things! Do not eat here period!!!
Ordered boneless wings and they were just pieces of overcooked grilled chicken. I couldn’t even finish chewing one piece. On top of that the fries were cold. Never ordering from here again. Plenty of other better wing establishments
Touchdown wings taste good but I'm tired of FAKE FROZEN ???? FRIES,I want real potatoes ????--im tired of big thick AZZ bread in sandwiches give us choices wheat or white ,then salads not be on point,and I'm tired of fake colored drinks I want real fruit ???? ???? SMH imma soon give all dese fake foods up my body deserve better but I love the lemon pepper wings and mild only !!!!
Dangerous area and very slow service..
I ordered over the phone and I still had to wait 30 minutes for my food. I got food poisoning from this place and I’m not happy.
So a lady was taking my order, after I had paid, she started sneezing and then wiped her nose with her hand twice, instead of her hands, she went on break touching the drink machine and other things around, s guy came up from the back to send her on her break, I told him, he said something to her, and the way she acted was if she did not care, but he did tell me she would not go near my food, this can cause people to get sick

Called touchdown wings but honestly the other items on the menu were better. The fries were fresh, add salt to taste. The grilled chicken sandwich was good, juicy with the perfect amount of mayo and mustard. The wings need an overhaul. I ordered garlic pepper and what arrived was unmistakably pepper fried wings with dashes of hot sauce and globs of either powdered garlic or parmesan. Again, the other items were great, but when you have wings in your name, you gotta do better.
