This place right here!!!! Man, the collard greens were the best I’ve ever tasted, and I love me some collard greens!!! The Red Snapper was superb!!! The prices were excellent!!! I was visiting from San Diego, I really wanted to go back and take some food home with me but I ran out of time. The young lady who served us was so patient and kind with us, we will be back! We might just fly there to get some more of their food!!! I’ve already recommended to my brother who lives in Stockton and to my Director, who visits Oakland from time to time.

???? OMG ???? THIS WAS SO DELICIOUS I ALMOST BIT OFF MY FINGER. And because I’m an honest man I’ll tell you the truth… YES I LICKED MY PLATE…. Smothered chicken with yams and Mac and Cheese and cornbread…… wow just full of flavors
Ordered meatloaf, dressing, mashed potatoes, greens, and green beans. Meatloaf was very tasty. Unfortunately it was not hot. The green beans and dressing were not received mashed potatoes taste processed from box. Unfortunately I did not realize all of my items were not included in my pick up order, when I got home and called back, I was told “no dressing because the cornbread was not ready yet” on Friday mid afternoon this was very disappointing.

The atmosphere was confusing upon entry but was quickly asked if I'm ordering, very open floor plan ????????????. I ordered the five PCs catfish with ???? and Mac & cheese. Took ten mins. And everything came out hot and tasty ????. Only down side was a cup of Kool aid is four bucks, inflation is cray ???????????? but we came a long was from ten cent Kool packs and a pound of sugar in mommy's kitchen. ????????????????????????????????
I ordered the big rib dinner, 2 sides was, mac-cheese, and yams. The Ribs was soaked in barbecue sauce. The meat was chewy and old, like leftover meat as if it was warmed up from yesterday. The yams tasted like the potato.. plain and dry. I was super hungry, so I really tried to force myself to eat, but I was unable to. I left 80% of my food on the table. Not to mention the super small micro bottle of warm water they served.
The only reason I give a 1 star is because after being asked how was my food (during closing tab), do I need a togo container? I honestly said, "NO, my food was bogus." He said ok, I'll only charge you for the chicken dinner" (that i also ordered at the same time of purchasing my big rib dinner).
The food was mediocre at best, disgusting at worst. The ribs were terrible. Fried chicken had zero flavor. The mac n cheese was good.
