Products are great and prices are good ... but if you aren't Polish, the service is given with disdain - at best. A real shame, since the setup is great: clean, neat, good selection. I was friendly and got nothing in return. The next person greeted in Polish, and they got big smiles.
A guy named Taryn attacked me for not saying thanks after he rounded up my stuff. He even got mad at ME for him not getting to wear headphones and listen to music. Personally I would fire him, or atleast allow your employees to listen to music. And he also called the owner of the place a fat person for not letting him listen to music.
I like everything, but there is not enough salted dry fish , mostly we are just waiting for it.

We go to this shop on a weekly basis as the range of quality products on offer is great. The flavoured and cooked meats and sausages are exceptional as is the majority of cheeses. Staff are great, and they even do contactless payments!
Huge selection of foods and drinks. I'm not Polish but I'm loving their produce.
Was in with a family friend & found all the staff there so helpful! Will definitely go back.
I don't usually write about my experience in the shops but I need to do it this time. Just today I bought the flour on offer at 75p and I paid 95p, one little packet of meat tartar 2,45p and concentrate mushrooms soup 2,30?? I used to buy it every week in other Polish shops for 1,20 and 1,70. The meat in the counter today was very bad keept and some of them quite old... (I have 30 years experience in the food industry). I hope the this is going to be a help and not only a simple complain. Ps. a smile and a "good morning" can be nice to be received sometime.
Great store with wide choice of products. Unfortunately I purchased a bottle of alchohol amongst other items and mistakenly left the alchohol at the checkout after paying for shopping. I did try and find a way to contact store as I was unable to return immediately. No reply to phone number on website. Expensive mistake on my part.
