So I’m not entirely sure about the quality of their services but I can tell you that their customer service is lacking. I’m not sure if it’s because of the way I look or because I am new to this town. I had And appointment to get my eyebrows done at 6:10 PM. I was there for 45 minutes and that is single employee acknowledged me so I left.
Not doing this out of any disrespect. My hair was messed up so bad that I’ve already spent nearly $100 for the first session trying to fix my hair. And I have multiple sessions to go to try to get it to what I wanted. They are terrible at responding back to messages and I have been left on read multiple times. I was left unattended at the chair multiple times at my session and my new stylist showed me I have broken pieces of hair throughout my head that are so bad I have to slowly lift it. My friend went for her appointment with the same girl and she ghosted her on her appointment day and never got back to her about it. She left us both on read that day after we both tried to get in contact with her about my friends appointment. (We have messages that show the date and time was set)
She also has pictures of breakage that was done previously by the same person who did my hair throughout her hair that was discovered by her new stylist. her hair is so damaged she can’t use much heat, has to have multiple sessions to fix it (a whole color correction)
So I recommend not going there.
Angus does an excellent job cutting my hair and a great personality.
We had a good time. Relaxed and enjoyed while Madison done my hair. My little girl got her hair cut, styled, and her nails painted. Madison is so good to my princess. Would recommend to anyone.
This is my new fav place. The staff was very friendly and very good at the craft. The place was also very clean and beautiful. I will definitely go back it’s so hard to find a spot that can cut hair the way you like and for an excellent price.
My girlfriend got her hair dyed here, and it faded out from brown to orange after the first wash. After my girl friend messaged the girl who did her hair, asking if she could re-dye it or get a refund, the girl accused my girlfriend of scamming for a refund and putting baking soda in her hair. Needless to say this place doesn't seem like it is well ran considering the hair stylist they allow to work here can't do their jobs.
I have been going for 10 years! Never been disappointed! Angela is a professional, and amazing with her craft.
Ms stewert did a great job on my daughters hair.
