What can i say! Sandra did an amazing job on my eyebrows! I loved how she's so involved and makes u feel so at home and comfortable. I love the atmosphere the whole family gives u as soon as u walk in. Thank you!
I bought the Groupon to get eyelash extensions and called to make an appointment. The only lash tech is currently only working weekends and so she had to schedule me 3 weeks out. I get there and she forgot that she had booked me and had another girl coming in at the same time. She asked me if I wouldn't mind waiting until after the other girl was taken care of. I mean, I scheduled first and was actually in office first, but sure, I didn't have anything going on that day, so I told her I could wait. She said she would call me when she finished. This was at 1. By 5, I still hadn't received a phone call. So I called her number - it went straight to voice-mail. I left a message asking if I would still be able to be seen today or not, just let me know. That was Saturday. It is now Monday night and she still has not reached out to me.
I get she's busy and mistakes like double booking happen. But to have waited 3 weeks for an appointment and then to be ignored when trying to figure out if I'm actually going to be seen or not just really sucks. If you didn't want to honor the Groupon - at least have the decency to tell me when inwas setting up the appointment initially. Now it's been too long and I can't get a refund, I can only get Groupon bucks... so that extra sucks, I feel like I was robbed.
Amazing people who make you feel good about your self. Plus, they are always greet you with a smile. I have been going to see Martha for at least 25 years. No complaints.????????????????
After trying permanent makeup salons in Dallas without good results, I found Touch of Beauty in Lubbock. They do an excellent job at a reasonable price. I've since referred several friends and family members, all of whom have been very happy with the results. It's worth the trip!
Sandra Morales is who you want to go to for your permanent makeup, she is very honest with you and lets you know what will work for your eyebrows. I would highly recommend Sandra and Touch of Beauty to anyone, they are great!
Such personal service. Today was my first time there. It’s my go-to from now on. Marta is awesome.
Had permanent makeup redo to cover and extend existing brows - which were bluish gray from the ink being applied too deep into the skin. Sandra guided me to a taupe color and doing powder brows. After a couple of weeks or so, I could see that I now had two tone brows - dark blue gray on the original area, and pink (where the taupe faded) on the upper extension area. Since she only accepts Paypal Friends & Family (same as cash) or cash, I had no recourse. Because of covid, I am wearing brow tattoos to cover up my pink & blue brows until I can find someone qualified to redo my brows!
Martha was so sweet and professional and I Loved how my eyes turned out!! My eyes look wonderful she did a Awesome job.
