OMG ! Perfection! Great customer service! Highly recommended Amazing Job!!!!!!!!
Pretty unprofessional. I called twice and received an attitude each time. When I first called, I was told they were open on Sylvania and had weekend appointments available. Next time I called to actually lock down an appointment the lady was beyond rude and smacked her lips with each question I had. Suddenly, they don’t work out of the shop on Sylvania, they work out their homes?? And now you’re booked up for the month? It’s beyond rude and unprofessional how they operate and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Touba was very rude and unprofessional and I believe one of the two that had done my hair said it doesn’t look good or something to that effect and the other one said it’s okay referring to my hair. Will never go back and we should stop supporting salons that are rude money spends anywhere no hair style is worth being treated rudely. Thanks from this day forward I’ll be doing my own hair or find someone professional. I recommend anyone going to there shop get a app that allows you to understand what they are saying about you
Today, I came in for a scheduled and confirmed appointment. The stylist was not available after a 20 minute wait. Then, I was told to come back 3 hours later, and, then, the door was opened for me to leave.
I felt rushed and unacommodated, and like it was my place to resolve the issue. There was no apology. Finally, I was a regular customer
First off when I walked in they were looking at me with their face tuned up!!! Then I asked if they could braid my hair and they were looking at me like they didn’t speak English, and I’m glad they didn’t braid my hair because the people they had in their chairs , their hair was a mess???? I went to Moya’s Hair braiding and they got me together in and out!! So thanks for not doing my hair because I went to Moya’s And got slayed ???????????????? Ps, I wouldn’t come back to your shop if you were giving FREE HAIRSTYLES AWAY!!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND YALL CANT BRAID ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Took my daughter to this place, they did a wonderful job, she is so happy and want to go back there next time, very nice people and professional
