The service was welcoming and professional. We were provided clips and salsa when we arrived. We got three dishes from the menu(menu attach) we got the milanesa steak plate, the shredded beef flautas plate, and one ground beef taco. We were surprised with all the menu options plus the extra options posted on the signs on the wall (Pictures attached). We were very pleased with the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant. They have a small sitting area inside and a larger sitting area outside. The prices are average. I will recommend this restaurant and I will be returning.
I finally made it here for lunch, and it was a good experience. I love the Menlo Park area! It is filled with tons of good restaurants and things to do. I came to Toto's to try the pozole and grabbed a carnitas taco as an appetizer. The taco was good, and I should have gotten more. I will next time I go. The pozole was hot and fresh and delicious. There was bread as a side, and it came with the usual cabbage, onions, and spices. All in all, it was a good meal. Beware, though. The dining room is small and you might have to eat outside. ????
Want to try some genuine Mexican tacos? How about some pozole or menudo? Food for all the family here. Even vegetarian: I order a torta no meat, with beans and cheese. I compliment it with some fries and an icy cold Jamaica! So delish!!! The place is a bit small but it's Very clean. And they have tables outside. Great customer service. Will be back=).
Taco quesabirria was Soo good! The red menudo was on point. Some tasty chips and salsas while you wait for your food. great place to go and eat they got combination plates they got soup they got appetizers and the kids menu
The food is great loved the way they make tripas they re crunchy and cooked perfectly. The birra is good the queso birra need the juice to dip it in but is good other than that.
Fantastic and authentic Mexican food (Sonora style, it seems; the tortillas and cheese are amazing). The horchata's sweetness was the perfect amount of sugar (it's a shame when restaurants sell Aguas Frescas that are overly sweet). The menu is much larger than the name of the restaurant suggests. The Caldo de Queso/Papa was excellent. Customer service is superb, the food tastes delicious, and the venue is cute/comfortable. Update: CONSISTENTLY DELICIOUS after multiple visits!
Food was ok. I ordered the caramelo. On the picture it looks amazing. What you get is different. It's just a quesadilla. They didn't even dress it up like in the picture. Very disappointed. Even worst. No salsa roja. I mean real salsa roja. Not a dipping salsa for your chips which is what they gave me. Ultra disappointed.
Toto's Tacos is the best! I love their breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese, potatoes and frijoles. Their soups are also delicious and very flavorful, especially the Albondigas. My husband loves their carne asada and chicken tacos. If you're dining in, they also allow dogs on their outside patio! We're so lucky to have them on the west side of Tucson. The staff are super friendly and hospitable too! Toto's is the perfect way to spend Saturday breakfast!
