Beware: Told them I was taking the car on a long trip and needed it gone over, the tires checked and probably a battery. 12 minutes (!) later they came out and said that I need a battery and ALL 4 tires because they were dry rotted (funny , it just passed inspection)- So I told them to put the battery in. 10 minutes later the bill was OVER $300 (just for the battery and $50 labor to put it in) (for a Subaru car)!! , and kept bugging me about the tires- no way!! I made them put the old battery back in and drove it to another garage where they put a $109 dollar battery in for FREE and found a screw in the one tire and a dirty rim on the other tire (it wasn't sealing well)...no magical tire rot. (nice try though)

My experience with TLC was quite the disappointment. They bless us as we leave which seems admirable ,but I rather their work shows their faith. They promised to stand behind their work, but that was not my experience. There is lack of communication from front desk to shop, resulting in extra $500 unauthorized charges, but was told it was going to take that to fix the problem….. only problem is, it didn’t, when I talked to them they refused to give me a refund but tried to make a deal with me to let them put in $200 parts that might have fixed the original problem, ($200 vs $500, what a joke)and how could I trust they were telling me the truth? I denied the request because it was unfair, so my advice is if you get a quote, and you are unsure if it is fair, there are a lot of garages in town that will give free quotes, a fresh set of eyes is very helpful and could end up saving you lots of money ….
Oh yes, he did give me a $10 discount on my first visit because I had to wait an hour for a delayed part, thanks, but really??? My hour is worth $10 and yours is $100??
Was in town for work called and told them what I had and they check for parts and got me in right away . Fast friendly service . Clean shop and waiting area . Will use again if im in the area .
This is where I tell all my friends to go for any vehicle problems or inspection because they are Christian and preform good work. The shop is kept clean and organized.

The ladies and mechanics there were very helpful. Had an issue with our car and stop there to have it looked at. The staff was very wonderful and treated us like family and wished us a safe trip to Texas.
