Never again!!! I thought I had a hole in my gas tank. I bought a new gas tank and took my car to Total Care to be fixed. The took the old tank off, realized all that was wrong with my tank was the hose had rotted off. So instead of fixing the hose they tried putting the new tank on and it wouldn't fit so they charged me 2 extra hours for them to put the old tank back on, which should have been done in the first place
I've been a repeat customer for years. I don't know what I would do without these guys! They get you in and back on the road fast, as affordable as possible! I don't trust anyone else! I drive my vehicle for a living and I don't think that would be possible without Total Care. They've done repairs that would have put me out of business anywhere else! At times I couldn't afford new parts, they got me quality used parts! Their mechanics are awesome and Jeremy and his dad run the shop with integrity and honesty! Now they even have towing that's less than half of the other guys prices! Don't hesitate to take your vehicle to Total care!
Took truck in for po278 code. Truck was misdiagnosed for injector. Spent 900.00 for a part that wasn’t broken. The owner is super nice and insured me his son (diesel mechanic) was capable of working on my f350 6.7. Climbed all over front of my truck scratching grill and getting mud all over it. Ended up taking truck to skidmore in Sutton, who diagnosed truck with cylinder failure. Also specified I wanted All motorcraft products put back on truck oil , oil filter etc and was not used
Cannot thank these men enough! I was driving through the area going home and my dash lit up and my car started to act weird. I pulled into advanced auto and the guy there told me to come to Total Care and they saved me. They were so kind and helpful. Great honest people ☺️
