The food is great. Beans, Carnitas,Chicharon, tacos, burritos. No dine in. To go only.
Good carnitas. My suggestion is that the staff improve on inviting, welcoming, and speedy service. I have been coming here for more than a decade and they lack to value their customer and their time.
1st time there. The chicharones looked good. Going to try the masa preparados. It's about $1.25 more than the market prices. Didn't like that there are no prices posted on any of their signs.????????????????
Ordered a buche burrito and let me tell you it literally was just a rice and bean burrito for $13 I was so disappointed I also ordered half a pound of cueritos for $11 as far as cueritos were ok not the best and a medium horchata for almost $4 very ridiculous... 5 tacos which the tacos weren't that bad asada,tripas,and carnitas for $11 in all honesty I would not be returning too expensive for mediocre food.
Best carnitas!! They catered one of our events at Target D.C. and the food and service was awesome!!!
I ask for soft carnitas and I was given the dry ones, it’s good, just be sure that the gave you what you wanted, not what they wanted.
Ok, it was my first time eating from here. I've read mostly good reviews.
Personally, the rice seemed old, or it was left out for a while. The beans tasted like they were from a can. Maybe they weren't fresh, idk. As for the carnitas, they had good flavor, but they also seemed like they were left out or weren't fresh. Almost too crispy, like overcooked. And the tortillas tasted like basic store bought. Who knows? I might have to give it a second chance...
This place have the BEST carnitas the flavor in the meat is delicious you can buy it by the pound. The food is like home made they have a good menu. The workers are friendly .is only to take out the place is very small. But the food is good.
