Torttilleria El Gallo has moved. It is now open in its NEW LOCATION at 111 N. FORBES RD, about 100 yards south of Martin Luther King Drive.
Fully open for business now at the new location, it will be expanding and growing over the coming months. Outdoor seating is available now, as well as takeout, and catering for your party or event.

TORTILLERIA EL GALLO!!This place is an absolute gem!! Run by a delightful Mexican American extended family, the food is absolutely authentic Mexican, not some Americanized Tex-Mex version. The food is superb, and the folks who prepare and serve it are the most genuine and friendly people that you could ever wish to meet. Five Stars are just not enough. I would give it Five Thousand stars if I could. You will not be disappointed if you give it a try, and I guarantee that you will return again and again. They have been in this location for many years and the taste of the food shows their experience. I recommend it highly!!!!
Doesn't exist, there was no restaurant to be found. Just a gas station.
Friendly and good service they have everything you need and it takes you back home to Mexico , everything's fresh from the Pan Dulce to the chicharrones
Best tacos I've ever had and I've been from here to California and nothing touches them they are the best in the world I love them and there should be a big restaurant Michigan open 24 hours a day.
Friendly people and authentic food at reasonable prices. My wife and I enjoyed it and will be back.
Pretty sure they are cash only though so keep that in mind.
