I'll probably never turn down a bean. Not sorry. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I had preconceptions that were based upon the fact that it looks like they moved into a fast food building. Everything we ordered was good. If anything, this is one of those places that errs on the safe side with seasonings. I'm from Texas and prefer spicy ???? food. Service was great and the place was packed. I will be back!
What a genuine, delicious take on South of the border cuisine! For decades our family has enjoyed dining at Toro Loco where we're treated like family. The iced adult beverages have always been the answer to the spicy as you like it Mexican dishes!
The food here is amazing! Nice big portions, Good value for your money and staff is super friendly! Highly recommend!
It made me feel very uncomfortable when the staff was huddled in the back watching me place my order and eat. I've also placed an order to go and had the same experience. The entire restaurant staff had to come to the window huddle, watch, and laugh. I'm not completely fluent in Spanish but I understand enough to carry on a conversation. They never say anything that's really mean but it still makes the customers feel uncomfortable. To answer the staff's comments that I could make out. No, I am not eating all that food by myself and Yes, I did notice you most definitely put too much alcohol in the margherita but thank you.

The staff were friendly, prompt, and courteous.
The food was severely lacking as compared with mexican food closer to the Mexico border. I did not care for the red sauce poured on top of my enchiladas. The meat inside the enchiladas was tasteless and overcooked. The hard taco shell was partially stale, and the meat inside the tacoa was again tasteless and overcooked. The refried beans were not smooth, although they tasted decent. The Spanish rice was tasteless but still orange in color. The best part of this meal was the salsa, which had a really great taste on somewhat stale chips
The price paid for this meal was expensive for the quality served.
The delightful eatery features find food and a clean environment. The coffee, food and service was all top notch.
I ordered Fajita Nachos, got fajitas. The ceviche had no jalapeño or avocado in it. Also the ‘salsa’ tasted like tomato sauce from a can. This place used to be great, this is the first time we’ve had this kind of experience from here.
Wonderful food and atmosphere! If I had to compare Casa Grande to Toro Loco, I would choose Toro Loco hands down! The food won’t disappoint in carry out or dine in. :)
