Tried them out tonight with the family, 2 large pizzas, and two orders of wings. The pizzas were maybe a 4 out of 10. Not much sauce or cheese. The wings definitely were the worst part, I ordered parm garlic, and hot honey, ended up with two orders of hot honey. The wings themselves looked to be the size of quail, not much meat at all. The hot honey sauce was delicious however.
Made for a fun evening with my friends and they have deals a lot so the pizza was pretty cheap. Very cool. Very awesome.
I'll put it out there that I am generally a patient person when I see effort is being put in. Tonight, I seen a team working together to get through the rush that was New Years Eve/Day. Dealing with impatient customers professionally and working to get everything out on time. Despite any negative reviews that might come from tonight, I hope whoever reviews these recognizes that the team pulled through and was able to celebrate making it through the night together. The general populous is impossible to please, but your team does a damn good job at doing what they can to meet the customer's needs. Appreciate them, and Happy New Year.
All my food was made exactly the way I like it too.
Pizza was cold. The time It stated it would be done and time I arrived had been 20 mins. I got there and it was already under warmer but when we took a slice out approximately 5 mins later it was cold and wings did not taste like usual. I left a tip even though I picked it up. I mean the employees get wages already correct? I don't know why I'm asked if I would like to leave a tip when I walk in there to get the pizza if it's carry out and I have used my time and gas to get it if they are getting above minimum wage as it is.
Toddlers is a very good place to go to the pizza is very extraordinary. And rarely powerful, I really like topper's pizza and I think you should also get 5 I think you should also rate this for 5 years.
Terrible service. Me & my fiance were going to order food for a late movie night, however when I tried ordering online it said my Info was wrong (I double checked everything) did that 3 times even with switch to his name & email. Then we tried calling to place an order & it kept going to voice mail. No one would Awnser yet they say there open till 3AM. Very disappointed because I actually wanted there food however I will not be buying from them anymore as this is not okay to do to your customers.
I am a Pizza Hut girl. My husband has asked me to order Toppers with him for a really long time. I finally caved, even though their prices are a little more expensive and their deals are not as good as Pizza Hut. We ordered a grilled chicken & banana pepper pizza, a sausage & pepperoni pizza, and upgraded our bacon topperstix to triple with 3 sauces.
Our food was delivered (contactless) promptly and when we opened it we didn't have any sauces.
I immediately called the store and asked about our sauces. The gentleman that answered the phone asked for my name and confirmed my order. He said the driver would be right back out with my sauces. We began to enjoy our dinner and each had a couple slices of pizza. A half hour went by and still no delivery driver. I called the store back and another gentleman answered and said it was already delivered. We checked the door and there wasn't anything there. Then he changed his story and said our order said no sauces, which is not true. Then he got an attitude with me when I asked "Can I please have some sauce?" And he said they would send him out right away. They WERE delivered almost immediately. I am not pleased with my first experience ordering from Toppers.
Going here as a dasher the employees always act as they are better than you and look down on you, today I went in to pick up a pizza and as the employee was handing it to me I opened the hot bag and held it from the bottom so he could put it in the bag as he was handing it to me but he refused and told me I need to put it in the bag. Just overall upsetting and annoying
