For the first time trying Toppers the food I ordered was good and all but when I was eating the CBR Mac all the cheese was on top and once I hit the middle it was plain noodles no cheese or flavor ????
The first time here, service was great she was really nice
The location is awesome. It’s our favorite pizza. Whatever is going on with this new call center stuff is horrible. I can’t understand anyone, they never get my order right.
It’s not the people in the store. This call center stuff is making me never wanting to call you guys because everything is wrong and I can’t ever speak to anyone in the store. It’s absurd
Although it is a little expensive, it is always fantastic! Drivers are always respectful with deliveries! The GM was kind enough to show me the current deals going on. I order quite frequently and always had a great experience.
Ordered from then tonight and was given the completely wrong order then given the ring around about getting my food back or the correct order I’ve never had this problem with the Appleton store and will not be ordering again just lost out on 50 dollars worth of food they told us we could only have our cheese pizza back and that’s all they could give us when we ordered a sausage cheese bread sticks and 3 garlic butters
They wanted us to give them back the food that we had handled already
Great pizza, buy very late delivery and it was not hot, supposed to be no contact. Not the 1st time. It's to bad because they're pizza is great, but not spending 30.00 for 1 Luke warm late delivery pizza.
They put pineapple all over my pizza when I ordered bacon and ham. When I call them to see if I can get my order fixed, I get some out of country guy who you can barely understand and cant get into contact with the store.
We love to order Toppers on those nights that we're just exhausted and don't feel like cooking. And we're picky about our pizza because of heartburn. Toppers usually never gives us heartburn, but they've changed their sauce recently. It's thicker and now we're having heartburn from their pizza. Not to mention that now if you call in to order, you get someone from another country. It's enough to make me not want to order from them again. Bring the jobs back home and put the back the sauce you guys were using!
