Lovely little place. Extremely friendly staff. Quick. And the food is amazing. I had a cheesy mushroom jacket potato and it was absolutely delicious!
So much menu choice! Great little café with good service from friendly, welcoming Tina and Nicky. Reasonably priced menu with so much to choose from. I wanted to try all the smoothies as they all sounded delicious. But opted for the Coco Loco in the end and was not disappointed. Coconut, pineapple, mango, mint and lime and it was up there with the best I've had. Refreshing and minty, yum. Deceptive plastic looking straw, but I was quickly informed that it was biodegradable plant based which cheered me no end. I had a cheese and onion pastie and an onion bhaji to take out for later. (The bhajis are very spicy!) They sell homemade soups, as Mr Frog tells you; specials; jacket potatoes; vegetarian options; lots of homemade items; super salad bar; hot rolls and baguettes; breakfasts; bagels; wraps and more. I had the brie, pepper, cranberry and rocket toasted bagel. Just the ticket! No indoor seating, but plenty of outdoor seating on the wide pavement, with most of it under cover. Very comfy chairs! Table service. There was a steady stream of customers while I was there and I can see why. I would definitely revisit.
Just called in from the bank. My mother picked up a lovely salad they staff were very friendly and helpful with her to use the self service salad bar.

Jacket potato is over priced and hard. Hardly any topping on my beans and cheese. Salad consisted of 2 cucumber slices and a tomato slice. Will never be coming back.
Had an hour to kill in Halifax before my train home. Was in need of lunch and popped in. Tuna melt panini and white chocolate cookie were both delicious. Service really friendly and efficient. A great lunch stop if you’re in town.

Visiting Halifax for a gig. Outstanding deli- tasty food with so much choice and friendly staff. Wish we had one where I live!
A really good range of sandwiches, panini, wraps and salads. All nicely presented and reasonably priced compared to other places in Halifax. Staff are friendly too. Only criticism is that there can sometimes be a longer wait than expected, when when there are relatively few people in.
