Our Tigers game got cancelled so we decided to come here for some fun and fellowship. My first impression was how big this place is, even from the expressway. It only took 10 minutes to check in since it was a Monday night. THIS PLACE IS A GAS! Food was decent, service was quite good, and the driving range was awesome. Even the bathrooms were exceptionally clean and modern. What else can you ask for? We will be coming back here.
This place is nice for really any type of gathering, from a work team event to hanging with friends. This place is also warm in the winter as they do have heaters all over. The food is good, but the portions are small for most things. The Buffalo chicken dip is by far one of the best things they have.
I had never been to a Top Golf before. They look awesome from the road and are even more fun than they look. Plenty of food options, including gluten-free. The chicken tacos were top-notch, as was the queso. They have men's and women's clubs in the booth, or you can bring your own. The range shows your stats and tracks the ball on screen. Multiple different games can be played with the computer keeping score. There are also two Level 2 chargers with J1772 plugs on the northeast side of the building. Charging is free with a 3 hour limit for customers. Enjoy!
We chose TopGolf for our spring team building event and it was a great experience! The staff was easy to work with and very accomodating. Aubrey, our event hostess, went above and beyond ensuring that all of needs were met! The food was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Even though some on our team aren't "golfers", the variety of game choices was all inclusive despite the skill level. We highly recommend Topgolf Auburn Hills!
I visited Topgolf two days ago and had a fantastic time. The overall experience was enjoyable, and I appreciated the variety of golf games and the vibrant atmosphere. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed.
However, I did encounter one small inconvenience. The heating switches are shared between two adjacent bays. This became an issue as the people in the adjacent bay preferred to have the heating off, while we would have liked it on. It would be much more convenient if each bay had its own individual heating control to accommodate everyone’s preferences.
Despite this minor setback, I still had a great time and would recommend Topgolf to others. The fun activities and great environment certainly outweigh the small inconvenience regarding the heating controls.
UPDATE: They texted us as soon as we left and told us to go to bay 328. The same bay that has been open the whole time we've been here.
Arrived at 11:30 am on a Tuesday and was told the wait was about 60 to 90 minutes. We sat down to have lunch. An hour and 15 minutes in I asked I asked how much longer and they told me another hour. I understand Tuesdays are busy but there have been bays that have been empty since we got here. They told me that they are all reserved but we have been here 2 hours and we would have been done golfing by now. The parking lot has been empty since we got here as well. Terrible management. Pics are only of the 3rd floor. The other floors had more available bays the WHOLE time.
Food and drinks were decent. Nice atmosphere. Service staff not so great. Our waiter’s shift was over and Audrey K. took over our bay. She was extremely rude and unpleasant. Her attitude and remarks spoiled our night. Very unfortunate as we had a pleasant time before interacting with her. When trying to pay our bills, she had us waiting for over 30+ minutes and when I went to see what was the hold up, I heard her and other staff members laughing about how long our bay had been waiting. When confronted, we were immediately assisted by the manager.
It was a great experience. You can shoot golf, play mini-games with the family, teach kids or practice with adolescents on form in a fun atmosphere.
The food however, do not pay. Alcohol in the pitchers has a huge mass in the middle for “cooling” but lessens the amount you get.
Food is 4x overpriced for the cheapness of quality and amount you get.
Do not pay for the food, pay for the experience.
