This place is pretty amazing. Book a spot before you come online. They will text you when your bay is ready. The process is very streamlined and convenient. We basically walked right in at our allotted time. Our bay host was great and attentive. The food was good, we got the buffalo chicken dip with chips and it was great. The ball tracing is really cool here. Great music and atmosphere, lots of families hanging out. I recommend you come by and try it out!
Had a great time. Pretty fun spin on golf from kid games that are fun for adults all the way up to games that are tough for the avid golfer. Atmosphere is pretty nice (we were on the top floor - recommended) and seems like a nice family environment during the day, bit would be a fun adult hangout at night. I'm definitely going back!
Great atmosphere. A lot of fun! Food was really good and fitting for the environment. Drinks were unique, wide variety. Service was good, we spent a lot of money and found it odd they stand right behind you waiting for you to leave as soon as your clock hits zero.
We had a blast here today! This was my first time at a top golf. What a treat not having to lug around a bucket of balls. The indoor/outdoor combination of pleasure and fun is hard to match. We went over the top and played two greens for just the six of us. The benefit equals far more golfing time. We took full advantage of the angry birds games. And rated many other games in the digital arsenal.
The service was outstanding, I recommend the pulled pork sliders, Mac and cheese bits and the sliders with perfectly cooked fries. Definitely want to recommend their blueberry mocktail.
This is a great activity for all ages and we had children and adults in our group. My brother and I are already making plans to come back next weekend. Make reservations ahead of time since this place gets very packed.
USE THE NOTES DON’T THINK THEY WILL HELP FIX ANYTHING Meeting GM Jason and Nick when we checked in is the only thing that made this a 2 star experience. They offered free game play for the customer service I received prior to our reservation which I will elaborate on. I submitted my initial reservation on Tuesday evening, however I was notified on Wednesday night that 3 more were going to join us. I attempted to modify our reservation online. Could not without first canceling, so I called and spoke to Dave at corporate who told me he could not do anything. It had to be done online. I thank him and attempted to call the venue where I was told to leave a detailed message. I was called back by Noel promptly Thursday morning who proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do. I understood and asked her if she could just add a note that put us on the upper levels, she politely declined. Adding they can not add notes to reservations once submitted. When I arrived I was told no she could have got a manager to at least do that… So today we played on the first level and paid our 350$ bill no free game play… Jason did extend our time one half or when we were told no by our server. Thanks for that Jason, but you did forget you were buying the game play.
Fun spot for friends and family, even for work gatherings. The place is spacious and clean. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. There were heaters in the bay area so you don't have to wear a jacket even though it's outside. All the food items are around $10-$15. Fair price for this type of location. Got the nachos which were pretty good!
Called customer service prior, they were helpful with booking questions. Our server day of was great. He immediately was on a spill & got the drink remade since the friend just got it but accidentally knocked it over. Somebody lost a club & they humorously retrieved it. All in all a good experience.
Bartender to bartender: The 2 bartenders however were completely inattentive. We attempted to order from them while we waited. It was yesterday (a Sunday at 1:30pm) they weren’t slammed in the slightest just prioritized talking to each other despite us making direct eye contact with drink menus open. They never said anything to us, no eye contact, no hey I’ll be right with you. So after waiting & being ignored I said never mind we’ll order at the booth. The server earned the tip. Most of my service rating is because of the rest of the staff. Bartenders customer service needs improvement.
Ty is great so try to get her as your server if you're there at night! People serving in the morning are always fantastic, food and drinks expensive but always good and if it's dark out it's a much better experience. Do not expect quick service or drinks, we try getting there early to get something before our bay time starts otherwise you might be 30 minutes in and 0 drinks on a busy night and sobriety is never good for bad golfers. Food almost always comes out fast though.
