He is fair and reasonable. As a woman, I am confident that he will not try to rip me off and he has always treatment with respect. He will shoot straight, no matter what is going on. He is not afraid to say "I don't know and it might cost more than it's worth to find out".
Larry typically doesn’t waste time. He gets cars in and out. He listens to customers. He’s very honest and dependable and more than once I’ve been lucky enough to pay less than the quoted price.
The retail price for an alternator was 225. Instead of ordering it and over charging me, they found a nearly new one at a scrap yard. Which was considerably less expensive. It is this level of customer care that will retain my business and have me recommend them to others.
