I was thinking the food would be really good considering the reviews but instead it was a waste of $20. I got the shrimp and veggies. The shrimp was rubbery, black hard stuff in the rice along with a small piece of what looked to be tin from the container? I have no idea. The riblets were dry and rubbery as well with a weird taste, no juice at all in the container they came in. The egg roll however, was great but that was it. I was at work when I got my order and by the time I could eat it, it was after 11 and they were closed or I would have taken it back. $20 in the garbage. I will never order from this place again. Very disappointing
Warning I got food poisoning from Top’s!!
First time I went there at lunch time and waited about 10 minutes because there was a crowd and the food came out hotter than the sun. It was pretty good…the veggies were a little under cooked but overall it was good. Second time I ate there 4/5/24 1pm there wasn’t a crowd and my food came out super fast and was warm enough to eat right away. I think they are preparing the food ahead of time and not keeping it at a safe temperature. This is the only thing that I had eaten yesterday and started getting sick 4 hours later.
Careful ordering chow mein, they define it differently here. No noodles, just vegetables with a side of rice. Googled it and apparently that's just something some Chinese places in the U.S. do.
This is a good Chinese restaurant.
We found hot, fresh and flavorful food.
Tops has a wide selection of meals with large portions.
They are eager to please.

I ordered a qt house fried rice,chicken wings and 2 spring rolls, cost 21.41. Cost is reasonable.
The wings were good,crispy on the outside and juicy inside.
The spring rolls were larger than most and had lots of veggie filling, and a good flavor, but were really greasy and soggy on oneside! The house fried rice gets 5 stars for presentation. It had lots of onions,peas and carrots ,pork, chicken and even shrimp! The veggies were uncooked and still hard! It gets 0 stars for flavor! If it wasn't for all the meats it would have NO flavor!
Overall I was totally disappointed and unimpressed with the food and will not be returning.
I come from ny they come very close on the taste. They also will Accommodate you if you ask for the darker fried rice instead of the light yellow. Always very nice on the phone and listen well to special instructions. Great food.
This our favorite Christmas tradition! Ordered a Christmas feast that was hot and delicious. Shrimp fried rice, amazing! Beef and Broccoli, tender. Hot and sour soup, tasty. Veggie Chow Mai Fun, incredible noodles. Save yourself some holiday stress, get out of the kitchen, and feed the family with some takeout. Tip generously, Merry Christmas!
I am absolutely disappointed in Top's China and the food I ordered tonight. The pan fried dumplings were all dough and under cooked. The sesame chicken was fried in very old burnt oil and unpalatable. The teriyaki chicken was as dry as dust. My wife's garlic broccoli combination with vegetable fried rice was to her liking. I will never order from this Chinese restaurant again. Patron beware.
