Top Notch Limousine

Our driver was Adrian who couldn’t have made my wedding day any easier! Arrived at each location on time and had the utmost respect! We didn’t have room in the back of our belongings and he kinda allowed some of our backpacks on the front seat. AND he’s a great driver!

We rented the party bus for my sons 30th birthday and went brewery hopping. Our driver, Doug, was awesome. The bus was clean and comfortable. I actually over paid ( i may have had too many beers) and they called me and sent me a check in the mail. I would highly recommend Top Notch Limo and we will be using them again!

Having never rented from a service like this I was skeptical about how much I was paying. However, in the end, I am very pleased.

The dispatcher knows the area well. Before I could finish saying the name of the place we wanted to be picked up from, she said she knows where that is. She made it easy to set up the arrangements.

The van provided was immaculately clean. The driver was early, well dressed, polite, knowledgeable with the route, and very accommodating.

Great service. John, our driver could not have been nicer. Good driver. Very punctual. Very courteous. Sherry was extremely helpful in arranging times, meeting place, etc. Always answered e-mails quickly as well as phone. Will definitely use this company again.

Booked Top Notch Limo for transportation for a Bachelorette party to P-Town. We were super excited to surprise the bride! Well, our night did not go as planned AT ALL.. We were expected to be picked up at 8PM (or earlier, as we were told). We received a call around 6:30 on the night of from the driver. Apparently he "tore a hose" on the limo, and needed to have his mechanic fix it before picking us up. He said that he would be 30-45 minutes late, which we understood, and found to be no problem. As it was getting closer to 8:00-8:30 and we weren't hearing back from the driver with an update, (VERY stressful) so WE had to call him.. We were not given a straight or direct answer from him, he said he would call back in 15 minutes.. This happened at leats 2 more times, where we would call and he would say that "the limo is almost fixed.. I will call you in 15 minutes" Around 9:00, the driver stopped answering our calls so we decided to call Sherry, the owner, who we had booked with. We were eager to find out what was happening, so we could alter our plans since it was getting late. She said she would contact the driver to get us further information. Again, we were stuck waiting for a call. Instead of offering an alternate solution, they did absolutely nothing except make us wait. At 9:30, we decided to take action.. we ended up calling an UBER to take us into Downtown Hyannis. HUGE disappointment when the plan was to be in PROVINCETOWN! We wasted our time waiting for Top Notch Limo.. All night they give us the run around. After we got to Hyannis, we received a text message around 10PM saying the limo was fixed and was on the way to meet us in Hyannis. Great!! ... not so much. We received another text message saying the limo's thermostat went up again, and the driver turned around because he didn't want to risk it. Got our hopes up once again, for nothing. We were VERY disappointed with the lack of communication, and for not having an alternate solution. Thankfully we made the best of our night without the limo, but definitely will not forget this.

Best limo drivers hands down, I've used this limo service on numerous occasions and have never had one problem, their driver Bill usually drives per my request and always tends to everybody's requests and goes above and beyond. Extremely fair prices and a joy to do business with.

We had a blast for my friends bday girls night, great service an rates would recommend them over any other service, will be using them again in upcoming months!! Way to go Top Notch!! They definitely live up to the name

Rented limo for bridal shower from Top Notch. Everything was perfect and professional. The driver was very accommodating and punctual. Will definitely use them again in the future.
