Another excellent dinner with friends and family! We will be back again soon!
Three of us went here to eat and overall our experience was great! I had the Bourbon Bacon glazed steak with loaded baked potato, green beans, and the soup of the day, which was chicken and dumplings. I thought everything was very good except the soup. Others in my party had the tenderloin sandwich and the country fried chicken. Both said their food was good. Our waitress was excellent and very helpful. The restaurant was clean and packed with customers!
Fried chicken was great ! Just like home cooking. I've eaten other times on sat when yard sailing and always happy with my experience. Ate at noon on Tuesday and Forrest (my server) was awesome. It's a tad chilly for me so I bring in a wrap
I usually have a very good experience at the restaurant. This time was totally different. We wasn't seved the correct food. Our Rolls came to us as we was leaving the table. Then when asked if everything was okay, we told them what was wrong and they would not give us any credit, refund, or apologies. I was just told that because we didn't tell the waiter whom was very busy, then they couldn't do anything. I paid a lot to take my family out to eat. I will NOT return there.
Food was okay. Chopped sirloin seemed more like an extra wide burger patty. Tasted okay but wasn't that good. Asked for medium well, was more than well done. Had a hard time getting a refill. Waited almost 20 minutes just for drink orders. I wouldn't recommend going.
2nd visit. Server was polite. Unfortunately, the cottage cheese was sent back twice due to the side having coleslaw mixed in with the cottage cheese. Entree was sent back due to the customer finding the bun was molded. Floors were extremely sticky throughout the building, along with the chairs. Bathroom seemed to meet sufficient needs, good use air freshener.
Was disappointed in my crab legs. They where brown and mushy. Asked if that was a seasoning. They said yes. But seen other tables as I was leaving with fresh crab legs not brown meat. They looked pink and white not brown. I got served old crab legs I'm not happy $25.
I am sad to give 1 star. Because everytime i have been in to eat the food is outstanding and its a 5. But not so much today we waited for 30 mins along with other customers who had been waiting. Our food was cold and we had to send it all back. I dont think who ever was working this morning shoukd be cooking. I think too many younger people working does not mix well we hardly seen anyone who was working they stayed in the back talking.
