I have gotten my toes done by Viv or Tom since 2012. Both of them are great, friendly and very careful with my feet. Viv did a beautiful job on my nails for a special wedding. Every year my hubby bought me a years' worth of gift certificates. We have now moved back to Illinois, but always book an appointment when we return to Hot Springs Village.
I haven't been in the last year because I just simply haven't had any extra money to pay for spoiling myself. When I worked and had plenty of money I went every few weeks and I loved it.
Only one manicurist. Owner. Had an appointment. She misunderstood and thought I Only wanted a basic manicure. I get powder dip. She had another appointment in 30 minutes for a pedicure for a man. She rushed and burned my cuticles with the grinder and made me blend. Her husband was there and she said he did nails. He did not help the man, just sat in his chair.
Me and my wife went for petacures and we had a awesome experience. Owners are very nice and attentive. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
I took my little sister here for her birthday to get a pedicure the ladies were very nice, but her pedicure looks like a 6 year old painted them. Lots of spots on nails that were not painted and their was polish all over her toes. We were in and out in 30 mins. The owners were out of town and I am not pleased with the employees
Vivian is the best nail technician I have ever had. Vivian takes so much pride in the quality of her work and business, it is such a pleasure to go to top nails. She is a warm and caring person who is a wonderful friend. Lorena
Owner did an amazing job on my nails. I would go somewhere else if you enjoy pedicures. The lady that did mi e did not do callus removal and did not rub feet or legs. Polish was off... half of the nails were not painted. The salon on a lot of regulars not from out of town. Not that many polishes to pick from.
Was happy to get in right away as a walk in. Worst pedicure I have ever had. Could have done it myself better. Not friendly. Overpriced. 25 minutes in and out which includes soaking time. What does that tell you? Won't go back.
