I took my two 10 year old twins there last week and had a great experience. No it's not fancy and the ambience ain't much but they are very nice and super competent. I showed them a picture of what I would like and they did a great job. Definitely will be back
Anyone giving Top Cuts a low rating ought to have their expectations reset. You're not gonna get any luxury treatment here, but they are good, honest people who have always offered quality service for the single best price in town.
The space is bright and comfortable- a classic no-gimicks barbershop, which I greatly appreciate. Tony is kind and passionate about his craft. Couldn't ask for any more.

I’ve been coming to get my haircut at this location for years. Today midway through my haircut they asked me to change chairs. Why? I guess their friends walked in and wanted the man cutting my hair right away. Did I mention While getting my haircut. Would not be so bad if. Well they know I’m disabled and still asked me to get out of one chair and move to another chair. Never going back, humiliating!
This place made me famous! My secret spot! Def must for any guy or girl! He has like 7 daughters… this man can cut hair!
Although we have used Top Cuts for many years and appreciated their low price and fast service and decent hair cuts, we will never go again after a terrible experience with the owner last week. My 13 year old son biked there on his own for just the second time. The owner said twice - first to his son and then to another customer - that he "won't cut this boy's hair anymore because he doesn't tip!" My son was humiliated and very upset. The fact that we have always tipped for all these years is immaterial. The obvious conclusion to me is that someone willing to harass a child without his parents present should not be working with kids and will not have our support.
