Been a customer for years. Only beauty store that always have everything I need. Staff is very knowledgeable about products. Never disappoint.
This place is nice and has car scents, facials, foot care, kind of a 1 stop shop in body and hair care. The prices are steep, but you get what you pay for????????♀️. The location is not convenient for me, but for prices and atmosphere I drive here as my go to place for current hair and styles, they dont always have what I need for the price I'm looking for and could probably be more reasonable.
So I just purchased a closure from this place 15 minutes ago! Change my mind and wanted to exchange it didn’t even ask for my money back. Lady insisted that I open it up never even took the package out my car but she claimed that the hair wasn’t the way she gave it to me. Maybe if she didn’t stick it upside down the bag it would’ve been the same way but I guess her poor packaging skills render the closure on sellable or returnable. Long story short won’t be shopping anymore didn’t even want my money back just want to change for something different very poor customer service.
Great Beauty supply store. The owners are very sweet and they remember their customers. They are knowledgeable and helpful. They keep up with most of the current hair trends.
I walked in... Got what I needed and walked out. The owners were nice and knowledge about there products. I will be going back again.
Julie is very helpful and friendly and about as knowledgeable as can be about the hair she sells. Not so much about the oils for the hair though
