Daniel is the young guy up front who always has a great attitude. I've had a few different types of vehicles and issues and felt comfortable both times. Price is very reasonable and they are very efficient.

After Pep Boys on Northgate refused to honor my appointment on this Saturday, Adrian and the team at Top Auto Repair took me in and handled my oil change within a very reasonable time and the price was terrific. I will be returning to this place.
Adrian seems like a nice guy but don't get it twisted , they don't care to lose customers over mistakes made by them . I recently brought in a vehicle due to a coolant leak , apparently they found 4 leaking hoses which to me was bs, well , we give him the ok to replace them . We go pick up the vehicle that according to him was ready , that same evening we were going to head out of town to visit family for Christmas so as usual we pop the hood to check our fluid levels before a long trip and find out that one of the hoses they replaced was rubbing on the power steering pulley and had already made a deep groove . We couldn't get a hold of them until today the 26th of December because they closed for the holiday , we go in and point out their mistake and asked him to make sure he shows it to whoever made the repair and takes disciplinary actions atleast a verbal warning or something , well what do you know he turns on us saying he wasn't going to tolerate us asking him to discipline his employee and in 1 second goes from being at fault to being a victim . We asked him to just fix it and let us get on our way , after the repair has been re-repaired I ask him if he's sure he fixed it right, his brother who also works there seemed to get offended by my question and tried to get argumentive about it. I never had any trouble with this shop until today after quite a few years of bringing my vehicles to them but after seeing the poor customer service skills these guys have towards a mistake they made, I will never step foot to this shop again and warn anyone who needs repairs done on their vehicles , don't expect to be treated right if these guys make a mistake because they will treat you like if it was your fault . A rubbing radiator hose on a pulley is a rookie mistake and shouldn't happen in any professional shop , but if it does you should learn of a better way to react to an upset customer who in no way made a big deal out of something he should have . Consumer affairs might be our next step just so they understand that they need to work on the way they treat people who spend their hard earned money in their shop. And yes they recommend more parts than needed so be careful folks.

2 months ago they fixed my internal water pump. Today i got a new clutch replaced. Drives amazing. Friendly staff. Very informative and great pricing.
