It's a little local greasy spoon hole in the wall joint. With legendary Big greasy burgers and everything thing that is deep fried. It's great.

The food slaps! Chocolate shake was really good too! Friendly and clean establishment, Maddy was great with making sure we had everything we need at the table. Highly recommend, will return.
Great little burger joint been around since the 50s. Ate here as a child and now I'm old and it was a fresh hot delicious burger. Fresh onions on it. Crispy fries and the onion rings were spot on!! So classic Americana in Howard KS!!
We stopped in while we were in the area for my walk from Sedan to Howard. Everything was amazing, but you have to remember to try the cheesecake! We were also elated to learn they opened in the summer of 1955 the summer that both my wife and I were born!
Toots has become a regular stop on our way to our son who lives in Junction City ,Kansas. Toots isn't fancy it's just a good place for good food. We like the burgers, fries and the soft serve ice cream cone. Toots is a welcome escape from the corporate chain restaurant slop.
Stopped in on our way back from Ponca City. Absolute best chili dog I have ever had! My girl had the cheeseburger pictured and judging by her silence while eating it, it was every bit as good as my chili dog. Big menus, lots of options. The local teens running the show were great! If you love small town burger joints, this should be on your bucket list.
Been a favorite of mine since grade school back in the 80's. They've been around a long time and still serve great food. PS: Don't forget to get a Cherry Limade!
Super cute place and friendly service. I travel through Howard and stop at Toots. The food is fantastic and definitely recommend people to stop! Don't forget to tip big!
