I usually love Too Jays but this time we came for Sunday lunch and it was not spectacular. I ordered the pastrami and Swiss omelette with a biscuit and cheese grits. I found the omelette to be dry and a bit overcooked with minimal filling. It seemed most of the Swiss was on top and not abundant inside which is what I would expect. The pastrami was ok but again, there wasn’t that much inside so the flavor really wasn’t popping. The grits were ok, lukewarm but nothing to write home about. I’m a huge biscuit fan but I found mine to be dry and not warm. My daughter liked her chicken tenders and fries and the coleslaw was delicious as usual. My friend’s Belgian waffle was cold so she was disappointed about that. My nieces burger looked good and she enjoyed it so it seems that the lunch items were solid. The bathroom was relatively messy with lots of paper towels and toilet paper on the floor and overflowing in the trash. The service was excellent though! Our server was very friendly and attentive to our larger party of 8. I always love the ambience, as it’s pretty consistent. Hoping to come back soon for lunch or dinner but now I know to stick to those foods.
first time visit it’s a very busy café. The staff seated immediately upon entering drinks were brought to us within just a couple of minutes. The menu is extensive all of it looks and sounds great on the menu. I had the chicken Capri, which I have to say was absolutely deliciouswith mashed potatoes and green beans, season tomatoes it was all wonderful The price is reasonable for the amount of food and service and the place was very clean their cakes. By the way just heavenly I tried a couple of them each one of them is just as good as the next place try thank you love it.
What a nice little find this restaurant is. When you walk inside this restaurant it's a sit down with server atmosphere to the left with also a nice curved bar .On the right side Is the kitchen with items available to either sit at a counter or take it with you. I will have to try the pizza next time. The chicken parmesan sub was good with simple, tasty french fries. Service was excellent and very friendly and attentive When we came in there was a sign. That said please be patient with us. It will be worth the wait. In other words, they were a little understaffed, just like many of the other places in our country. But don't let that steer you away from trying this restaurant. In downtown heart of Sanford, Florida, right next to lake Mary. Give them a try.
Absolutely outstanding! Truly as close to NYC as you can get. I chose pastrami with Swiss on rye over a Rueben or Rachel just to get the true flavor.
Incredibly delicious. Warm throughout. Perfect bread. A true treat! Will be back many times and tell e everyone possible. Don’t miss out on this place.

Food was very good and the service was great. I had the patty melt and fries, they were excellent. The fries were steak cut, extra crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The patty melt was also made perfectly. I ordered the potato pancakes but they weren't good, greasy and bland.
The server was attentive and friendly, a credit to the restaurant. The kitchen was fast and brought us our food faster than I expected.
Alyssa was phenomenal. Her energy and service is unmatched. I love bubbly energy anywhere I go. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our food. Though, I do wish the sauerkraut was more pungent or more pickled and it needed a tad bit more sauce. Aside from that it was really good. The pickle on the side was tasty as well. Looking forward to coming back next time we’re in the area!

We both ordered Scrambed eggs with salami
We specifically asked for berries.
The restaurant had maybe 8 tables being served.
After what seemed like too long, an omelet came and grapes.
Forget it. I was not waiting another 25 Minutes . No refills for coffee.
Time to go back to Peach Valley
